JT VSUALS is a small, fast-moving team in the Kansas City area. We produce video podcasts and build the marketing systems that turn them into authority and demand for our clients.
We hire rarely and we hire carefully. When we open a role it is because something in the business genuinely needs a person, not because we are filling a seat, and we would rather tell someone early that a role is not right for them than find out together six weeks in.
We hold ourselves to a few things: integrity in how we deal with people, solutions over services, efficiency because it is worth it, and generosity toward the people we work with and for.
