1. Ownership of the Program

Producer is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Program, including all audio, video, written, and promotional materials created in connection with the Program (“Materials”). All such content shall be deemed a work made for hire under U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. §101 et seq.).

Producer may use, distribute, reproduce, publish, license, promote, and exploit the Program and Materials in all formats and media, worldwide and in perpetuity.

2. Guest Rights to Share Content

You may share promotional clips and excerpts from your appearance on the Program to promote the Program or your personal brand, provided:

- The full, unedited Program episode may not be shared or published in its entirety without prior written consent from Producer.

- All shared excerpts or clips must include proper credit to the Program and Producer (indicating that the content originated from the Program).

- Shared content must link back or direct audience members to the official Program channel(s).

3. Host Rights to Share Content

Program hosts may utilize and share content from the Program for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing channels, with appropriate credit to the Program and Producer.

4. Compensation and Guest Fees

You understand and agree that:

- You are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, residuals, or other payments for your appearance on the Program or from the Program’s use, success, or performance, even if the Program generates revenue or commercial success.

- Participation is voluntary and not based on any expectation of future compensation.

- If Producer requires a fee for your appearance on the Program, this fee will be communicated to you in writing prior to recording. No recording will occur until any required fee is paid in full. If no fee is communicated in writing, no fee is due.

5. No Right of Approval

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final Program, Materials, or how they are used.

6. No Obligation to Use

Producer is not obligated to use, publish, or distribute the Program or Materials.

7. Producer Promotional Use

   Producer may use the Program and Materials, in whole or in part, for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including promoting Producer’s services, podcasts, podcast network, and media offerings.

   Producer may post or share portions of the Program and Materials across owned channels, social platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.

8. Publicity and Promotion
   
   You grant Producer the right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information in connection with promotion and publicity for the Program, provided such use does not imply an endorsement by you of unrelated products or services.
   

9. Release of Claims
   
   You release and hold harmless Producer and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the Program or the use of the Program and Materials.
   

10. Representation
    By participating in the Program, you represent that:
    

    - You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
    
    - You are legally competent to agree to these Terms

    
    - You are not subject to any agreement that would conflict with these Terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. Your participation in a recording session constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
